Welcome to the entry portal for the 2023 National Festival of Superkarts at Phillip Island.

This will also be round two of the 2023 ASE Championship.

Everything you need to enter this event will be right here and hopefully we will see entrants form every state joining the fun and competition of a fantastic event.

As these are open events, drivers will only need to be a member of their state Superkart club (NSW, QLD, VIC, SA) to compete.

The “National Festival of Superkarts” at Phillip Island. August 19 to 20, 2023.

The event will consist of:                                                                                                Saturday- 1 practice, 1 qualifying, race 1.                                                                 Sunday-    race 2, race 3, race 4(Final).

All racing will be split into three groups as follows-                                   250I/250N,  125GB/Stock Honda,  NGB Light/Heavy/Super Heavy.

This event will be run under a Motorsport Australia permit and requires an MA Licence and Logbook.

Entry fees for these events will be $550.00 per driver, per event, which will include Saturday & Sunday racing and a garage space. 

Friday practice will be an additional $250.00 per driver. Practice will be in the 3 groups.

NO payments on the day, entry must be fully paid prior to the event. 

When entering for the festival this year you will notice two different entry boxes for seniors and students.

This due to rising costs for the Friday practice which has an additional cost to the normal entry fee.

If you want to practice Friday, please tick the Fri/Sat/Sun box, and pay the higher entry fee.

If you are only entering Sat/Sun you will still have your garage space on Friday so you can bump in.

This event will be run under the attached 2023 Superkart technical regulations, please read it as these are the rules for the championship.

All pit crew and attendees names must be on the drivers entry

Please provide the names of 2 other drivers you would like to pit with, garages will be allocated for you.

Check in at the circuit will be available from Friday 2pm- 5pm

Race fuels will have fuel available at the circuit.

2023 ASE Championship.

How to win an all race expenses paid drive in NZ? Here’s your chance!

  • 1.Compete in ASE’s National Series in Non-Gearbox Rotax Light and Heavy
    2. Compete in 75% of your home Superkart clubs local race meetings
    3. Be the Highest ranked Driver in the ASE series who completed criteria 2
    1 slot available for each light and heavy category
    Provided by NZ Superkart Drivers Club will be:
    - entry to the 2024 NZ Superkart Nationals
    - race winning Rotax 125 Max package (kart and engine)
    - tyres and fuel
    - kart transportation and mechanical assistance

  • This event and the 2nd round of the ASE Championship will be run under AASA and MA respectively and the ASE Championship will be recognized by the sport of Superkarting and not either of the two entities mentioned.
  • Every effort will be made to help competitors to run their chosen number where possible and it is hoped that all Australian clubs would be happy to recognize the 1,2,3 plates when run at local meetings after the Championship is over.
